30 Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on all products that are brand new in the original boxes. WHEELS AND TIRES THAT HAVE BEEN MOUNTED CAN NOT BE RETURNED. YOU MOUNT IT - YOU OWN IT!
Restocking fees up to 15% may apply and are at the discretion of Tacomawheels.com. If you are returning product and using the credit towards the purchase of replacements at equal or greater value….all restocking fees are waived!
In order to obtain a Return Authorization, please contact Tacomawheels.com Customer Service at support@tacomawheels.com.
Damaged Product
If you receive damaged product, please note damage with the delivery driver and send images to support@tacomawheels.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will issue return labels or call tags at no cost to you and provide 2 choices.
1) You may return the items back to us first and upon receiving and inspection, we will ship new product out at no charge.
2) You may purchase replacement product to ship out immediately. You may then return the items back to us and upon receiving and inspection, we will issue you a full refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
All order cancellations require approval from a Tacomawheels.com representative. Order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee not to exceed 5%. These fees will remain on the customer account for a period of 30 days and can be used towards any new purchase during that timeframe.
